This project engages international student teams from the University of Rennes and the University of Pécs in designing a realistic market entry strategy for Avelwest, a French SME exporting ultra-fresh vegetables from Brittany. Students will study the Hungarian market to evaluate entry opportunities, combining market research, regulatory compliance, logistics, and marketing. The project is developed from scratch, requiring students to create all stages, deliverables, and evaluation processes. It culminates in a Dragon’s Den-style jury defense, where students pitch their strategies to academics and professionals
