Dear Participants,
During this retreat, you will get acquainted with the area of mental health, effective strategies for young researchers' well-being and resilience, work-life balance and stress management. In practical workshops you will be able to try out the use of mindfulness and physiotherapy selfcare methods. Also, you will get to know your fellow colleagues from partner European universities during formal (but of course also informal) social events.

Career Diversification in Research. Online self-study course in EDUC Moodle for academic and research employees and PhD students of the universities in EDUC Alliance (2024-2025)
It is consists of 4 modules. Each of the module includes content in the form of a viedo(s) and is followed by a short evaluation. You can obtain an EDUC Certificate for successful completion of this course.
The course is open from the 20th of january until the 30th of June 2025.
